For Siblings of People with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities
As siblings of people with developmental or intellectual disabilities, we face a unique set of challenges throughout our lives. Coaching has the power to transform the relationship with our disabled and "normal" siblings, parents, and our selves; and, open up new possibilities for ourselves and our families, in careers, home, community, rest, recreation, and purpose. I offer coaching support for communicating with your parents, navigating services to fit your sibling's needs, transitioning housing, guardianship, or parental loss, and other sibling issues.
Anti-racist Coaching for White People
As white people, often our reactions shut down conversations on race - but have an important role to play in undoing white supremacy. Coaching offers us a set of tools to heal from the socialization that causes our white fragility, and build our skills to be able to engage in conversations about race where it matters most. I offer anti-racist coaching for white people as individuals and I support organizations who are intentionally engaging in shifting their organizational culture to undo white supremacy and other structural oppressions.
