Narrative Strategy
& Trend Analysis

Researching Narrative Strategy

Claire Haas is a member of the Trends and Cultural Management Lab, a global leader in academic research in sociocultural trends based at the University of Lisbon. Her research focuses on how trends methodologies can be used in the context of social change work. Through this research, she created the housing narrative strategy tools and resources found at www.narrativestrategy.org. Her theoretical framework is focused around how we can understand trends and cultural movement in our current polarized political context. Her methodological approach allows for the measurement of a narrative landscape, the creation of strategic interventions in the context of an organizing campaign, and the evaluation of narrative impacts over time.
